Large File Upload

Our ordering pages limit file sizes to 50MB for system stability and performance. If your print file is too large to attach to your order, simply complete your online order selecting “upload art later.” Be sure to note your order number then go to our FILE UPLOAD page and upload your file(s) for your order.


Custom Design Service

Let our design department create your professional, press ready layouts. When ordering, simply select “Design for me” as the art method. You will be able to enter your headline and other body text right on the order page and upload your optional logo or other file to be included in your layout. Once your order is received by us, we will create your layout based on your general instructions and send you a proof for approval prior to production. Each layout will incur a minimum $50 design fee which includes up to half an hour design time, up to one stock image (standard license*) and one minor proof revision. Additional time, major revisions and multiple proofs will incur additional charges. Additional art time billed at $35 per quarter hour. Any additional art fees must be paid prior to production.

Proofs

Raleigh Imaging offers four proofing options for your print order.

All design and print orders require an E-PROOF.

1. NO PROOF REQUIRED – proofs are generally not required with press quality PDF files or JPEG files. Client takes all responsibility for any art or file errors.

2. E-PROOF WITH ART CHECK – We will review your submitted art and create a jpeg image of your art for you to verify in your orders area. Allow up to one additional business day. Orders place with E-Proof will NOT enter into production until the art proof is approved online. No telephone approvals are accepted.

3. PAPER PROOF with Overnight Delivery – A color laser proof will be printed from your art and sent via overnight deliver for your approval. Color laser prints are not for color proofing. Orders place with a Paper Proof will also have an E-Proof posted for approval. Your order will NOT enter into production until the art proof is approved online. No telephone approvals are accepted.

4. PRODUCTION SAMPLE – For greatest color accuracy in proofing, order a small sample print of your art file. We suggest ordering at least an 8″x10″ production proof. Order minimums apply to production sample orders. The larger your final project, the large the sample you should order. For example, we recommend a wall mural production proof be ordered as a 24″ to 36″ wide to check colors and details more accurately


Color Adjustment

Color accuracy in any print production environment can be challenging. When a high level of color accuracy is required for your project, we recommend ordering a production sample of the exact material your finished project will be completed on – materials vary in white point brightness and texture which can affect how colors are perceived. We are unable to guarantee any PMS color match as most products are printed in 4 or 6 color process, CMYK or CMYKcm.

ORDERING

Q: My event changed! Can I change the copy on signs I have already received from you?
A: Sometimes. Snipes might be available for you to apply to update your signs. The ability to use a snipe depends on the product and the artwork. Please contact customer support.

Q. Can I suggest a design or theme for your catalog?
A. Yes! Please call or email us.

Q: Can I order “blank” mallsigns posters?
A: Yes! We are happy to offer our designs pre-printed for your own, later customization. There is no discount for ordering un-customized signs.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Generally speaking, no. Most printed products do not have a minimum order, however all printed products have a minimum quantity to avoid a setup fee. Please see item descriptions for more information. Gift-with-purchase and incentive items may have a minimum quantity required.

Q: What is the standard size sign used in mall sign holders?
A: The most common size is 22 by 28 inches. This is standard poster board size. HMC Display, one of the leading sign holder manufacturers, also offers other standardized sizes. Therefore, we offer our Deluxe Posters in all their standard sizes. When ordering posters online, you will be required to select your size from a drop-down list.

Q: My size sign is not listed. How can I order them?
A: There are two methods. In first method you may simply order you desired design as a 22×28 Deluxe Poster and specify in the comments section on the order form what size you need. If you would like an estimate for your custom size prior to production, please indicate so in the comment section (note that using method one will provide an automatic order total that will not be accurate). The second method is to use the custom sign order form and specify your size and the design number you have selected. In using either method, your actual order total will be based as a Deluxe design printing at your specified size.

Q: Can I order mallsigns posters that allow me to change the copy?
A: Yes! In our HARDWARE section we offer “Poster Pockets” in various sizes. Poster Pockets allow you to drop in your own printed plain paper into an optically clear PVC pocket that has been adhered to the poster. These are heavy duty and are MUCH more durable and attractive than a standard sheet protector. The most common size for use on 22×28 posters is the 11×17 Poster Pocket.

If you intend or order signs with pockets, specify what size you will be using in the comments section of the customization and we will include an outline in your proof showing the location of the pocket.

Q: Can I change the copy on signs I already had printed?
A: Yes! We can print a snipe to cover just about any section of a sign that your desire. If you ordered the original sign to be sniped from us, let us know what area you need the snipe to cover and it what the snipe needs to say. You will be provided with an E-Proof just like on any other sign order. Snipes are laminated prints with an adhesive back. Their finish matches our Deluxe Posters. Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped, however, your available credit may be reduced by pre-authorization of the order amount once your order is received. Certain items may require prepayment and will be charged upon order receipt.

Q: Why is there a setup/layout fee?
A: All Deluxe Printed Products have a setup fee for each layout required for producing your order. Setup fees are waived with larger quantity orders and are item specific. Setup and layout fees cover our costs of producing your layout and proofs. Setup fees will still be charged to canceled orders if a proof has been produced. Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes! Our servers and site and use SSL encryption and are certified by Godaddy.
