We make our best effort to accurately calculate shipping charges, however, online shipping charges are only ESTIMATED and may require adjustment, up or down. Odd shaped bulk or oversize items may incur additional shipping charges. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges which must be prepaid prior to shipping carrier pickup. A charge of $5 per package for boxing and handling is applied to all orders.
DROP SHIPMENTS to more than one address will incur an additional charge of $5 per address.
Most printed products ship within 72 hours of order receipt – see product information for specific turnarounds. Large orders or custom orders may take longer. If your order is time critical, please be sure to specify in the special instructions your in-hands deadline. Rush orders may be available at an additional charge.

Hardware Items
All hardware items are shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for delivery of all stock hardware items. Customized and made to order items may take longer. If your order is time critical, please call our customer service department at 888-625-5744 to check stock availability and estimated delivery times. Hardware items do not qualify for free shipping upgrades. Hardware will be shipped the most economical method which may include freight service. Please indicate if you will require inside delivery on large orders that may be shipped via freight.
